SLAtech Sales does NOT run inside WhatsApp Business API. We don't have a bot that responds to your customers in WhatsApp directly. Implementation

30 seconds per client conversation.

  1. In WhatsApp, open a conversation with a client. Tap the contact name → scroll to «Export Chat» → choose «Without Media». You get a .txt file.
  2. Sign in to your SLAtech Sales admin. Go to Documents → Upload Document. Drop the .txt file.
  3. SLAtech Sales indexes the conversation in seconds. It extracts: client name, timestamps, who said what, promises with dates, decisions, tone shifts.
  4. Your SLAtech Sales dashboard now shows the client's profile: timeline of all interactions, outstanding promises (e.g. «Send proposal — overdue 2 days»), tone alerts (e.g. «Frustration detected on Mar 15»), auto-generated meeting briefs.
  5. Before each client meeting, click «Generate brief» — get a 1-page summary of the relationship in 5 seconds.
  6. After important new conversations, repeat the export-upload step (takes 30 seconds per client). For active clients, do this weekly.

What it IS NOT: a bot that auto-replies in WhatsApp, real-time sync, group chat handler, WhatsApp account integration, or a way to text customers FROM SLAtech. SLAtech Sales is your memory layer — not a messaging tool.
