Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every SLAtech bot has a Free tier you can start on with no credit card. Paid plans add higher message volume and advanced features.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard. No lock-in and no cancellation fees.

Where is my data hosted?

All data is hosted in the EU. SLAtech is GDPR-aligned, hosted in the European Union, and never sells your data.

How is usage billed?

Each plan includes a monthly resolution allowance. Beyond it you can add capacity or move to a higher tier; Custom plans are billed to your agreed volume, integrations and SLA.

Pricing questions

Can I switch tiers at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Admin panel. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Each question a visitor sends to your AI assistant counts as one query. Ingestion jobs (crawling pages) also count. The system tracks combined usage as your monthly usage total.

Yes — we have a permanent Free tier with a small monthly query allowance, one website and a capped page index. No credit card, no time limit. Every paid tier can be tried risk-free and you can downgrade to Free at any time.

The Enterprise tier removes SLAtech branding from the widget, lets you set a custom domain for the widget script, and exposes a reseller-style multi-site dashboard. See the cards above for the full bullet list.
